Everything is happening at such a fast rate, i already witness 2 graduated batch. PSLE result day is always so emotional, lots of crying issue be it happy or sad. I am glad those i have been co-teaching move on to a higher phrase of their life.

But frankly speaking when i was young, my mom did all my art & craft work. So recently when i was assigned with all those art related work, i was pretty surprise that i can actually do it.

Rest In Peace, my dearest grandma.

Received the news when i was at work, luckily i wasn't having any lesson at that moment. It was a very very very sudden news to me, to my family members too, without being mentally prepared.

Grandma was admitted to hospital on Monday (yes, it was freaking 4days ago!), & no one inform us. Aunt (dad's step-sis) reason was "I thought that it wasn't serious as doctor say grandma is able to discharge on Thursday".

SO ... now you cause me & my family to regret for not able to talk to grandma for the last time.

Should i get angry with you? or should i try to think that you weren't being selfish? or maybe i should think that you were being plain naive & innocent.

Monday, yet again.

Been some time since i update this forgotten blog of mine.

Weekend; I was busy sleeping. Just imagine i slept from 9.30pm-2.30am, then continue 3.30am-7.30am, & i continue again from 1pm-4.30pm.

Instead of marking, we were assign with "project" - remaking/designing/decorating the CCE room.

END OF PSLE, except for higher mother tongue kids.

This year not deploy for invigilation, phew~ But deployed to send and pick the kids to and from their examination room.

When invigilating for a PSLE paper, you cannot bring anything to the examination room. So all you can do is either walk around or sit&stare. At least normal examinations, i still can bring something to do.

Anyway, pray that my kids did well. This year maths paper is pretty tough, is worrying when my kids tell me how many questions they did not complete. Sigh!

On mc for the past 2 days.
Took the time to visit & take care of mamaleo at hospital.

Back at work with lots of things to follow up. Exam period is making it worst.

There is a change in my timetable too. Sigh! They took out one of my primary4 math class, and gave me primary5 science. Is kinda disappointing... especially when the bond is already there and the low-achievers are progressing very well. What to do? The top management has the final say.

Bad weather spoil the yachting activity, booo. The yacht was swaying quite badly.

It reminds me of the scary experience i had upon coming back to Singapore from Bintan. That time, i feel like it was the last moment of my life. It seems like the ferry almost capsized or swallowed by the sea, when the boat sway to the right the left window is covered with water & vice versa. So best advice is not to choose ferry timing after 3pm, in order to avoid any tides plus storm.

Friday, school holiday - Teacher's Day.
Long weekend, start of September 1-week holiday.

Dental Review @ Mount Elizabeth Medical Centre ;
1year 6months on braces.

Seeing the result now, i never regret putting on braces and going thru the pain and extraction. The only thing i regret is being a scaredy cat & didnt dare to put on earlier.

Anyway, my dentist reminded me to put on my rubber bands everyday so as to complete the process asap. Upon hearing that, it make me eager for the removal day to come.

Hopefully i can remove it before veg's company d&d in November.

Is a 2 days working week.
Today public holiday for President Election, Tuesday public holiday for Hari Raya & Friday school holiday for Teacher's Day. That means wednesday & thursday are the only working days.

Spend my Monday by going to Malaysia with veg, jinru & jinchuan.

Da Ma Hua Yuan (Taman Seri Tebrau)

A place where we will visit when we come Malaysia. Lots of good food at this area. My favourite are Zi Char, Abalone Noodle & lok-lok.

We had Zi Char for lunch.

8am, Breakfast with veg after his night shift.

This veg, speechless to say about him.

After breakfast went over to visit veg's aunt new born baby.
You will feel warm hearted when you see a new born baby, & extremely happy to witness their process of growing up. Like my lilprecious, from a new born till now a naughty 4 years old kid. I witness her crawling, taking the first step, say the first word which i taught "fish fish" & many many more.

A piece of memory which will never happen again unless time were to reverse.

F-R-I-D-A-Y!!!

My favourite day! A day where i only have 4 periods out of 11 periods, but this make other days super pack.

Assembly for today - "Hari Raya cum Teacher's Day Celebration"

It lasted only for 30 minutes which consist of 1 short skit, 2 dances & 1 sing along session. In my vague memory during my schooling days, the day before teacher's day is normally celebration and is a half day. Right/Wrong? Maybe different school practice differently.

Anyway, LONG WEEKEND!
Next week only Wednesday & Thursday are working days. Awesome!

Teacher at school, Teacher at home.

Got to look after lilprecious for awhile because veg's mom had something on.

Flip through the books and realise is still brand new, thus i spend the time teaching her how to write her name & do those books.

She sure enjoy doing those books alot alot alottttt. Even after feeding her dinner she keep asking whether can she do more.

Hopefully this enthusiasm of hers will stay on till secondary level. Most of my kids in school will not do their homework, sigh!

Last day of examination, last day of invigilation.

A word to sum up my day, "exhausted", due to unforeseen hiccups.

Scanning of OAS can be simple yet tedious especially when machinery starts finding fault with you. First was the OAS scanner & next was the printer. Best part is paper cuts all over my fingers. Bad day indeed!

A fine line between sarcasticism and joke. A joke whereby both parties laugh it off together with no hard feelings.

Reviving my blog

Invigilation for 4hours with only half an hour break, tiring but fruitful. Took the time to plan time, time for the rest of the year.

First thing to plan is a "December Getaway" at least a 4D3N to a place where i can eat, shop and relax. Bangkok? Phuket? HongKong? Did some comparison online & finally found the best deal. Now, all I need is to discuss with veg~

Last school day ...
And I'm unwell.

H O W G R E A T ! not.

10Jan: I was down with fever, flu, cough & a little sore throat.
10March (yesterday): I was down with sore throat, headache & fever.

Exactly 2 months ago, i fell sick. 2 months later, same syndrome again. Gosh! I really need to do something to boost my immune system. Perhaps consume more vitamin c? The bacteria always attack me suddenly, irritating though.

Most of the time i fall sick due to people around me feeling unwell. So who is the culprit this time? :(

AHHHH! To think of it, my weekend = gone. Instead of happily enjoying outside, it become happily suffering at home.

I got a appointment to dye my hair today, but need to cancel.
I got a appointment for my braces review tomorrow, maybe need to postpone.

What a 'nice' timing!

Anyway today is my last school day, will return to school in Term 3 which means after June Holidays. Hooray! Will definitely miss some of the kids, the fun time & the cute/naive thoughts of theirs.

Sometimes when i need to keep discipline the kids for running about like monkey in class, it become a habit(?), so when i see kids running outside i got the urge to scold them. 职业病!

It is a good time to take a break. Enjoy the peace for 3 months! (:

Despite all the unhappiness/anger/scoldings/tedious work, there are some warmhearted happenings that i will definitely miss.

A very important phrase i will keep reminding myself of whenever i feel im losing my coolness.

2nd IPL session at Musee Plantium Tokyo

During December, sign a package for IPL (underarm) with one of my colleague at Musee. Their customer service is good.

What i love about Musee?
They are unlike other irritating salons which will keep push/promote their products and force/talk until you agree to purchase their packages/products.
& the staff there are fast and efficient, i settle everything in less than 30mins with no pain or any discomfort (:

But one thing they are very particular about - lateness. If you're late for more than 15mins, you will either be fine $10 (unlimited package) or deduct one session from your existing package.

Planning to go Musee Crystal Tokyo at Plaza Sing for my nails (http://www.musee-crystal.asia/), will go and check it out soon. My colleague went to do and her feedback to me was rather cheap and nice.

I cant wait for the final result, & i cant wait to take out my braces too (:

It was a not-so-special day for me, as i need to work & need to go back early cause im working the following day as well.

Flying Tuesday

Time passes super fast today!

Went for my dental review yesterday, one word "PAIN". Yesterday my condition was still alright, able to eat nuts and even steamboat. This morning when i wake up, totally dont feel like opening my mouth cause the pain seems like it turn into sore. It feels like i have been talking non-stop for days until my mouth/jaws so tired. & I cant even munch on food!

Lucky the school canteen has porridge, else i will be starving the whole day till i get home. Swallowing and swallowing without biting is what i do best after putting on braces, soon im able to swallow a fish ball without chocking.

Anyway this morning when daddy drove me to school, he told me to get ready the list of coach items i want to purchase, his friend is going to Los Angeles in March. & he added on that his friend is going Paris this weekend. PARIS! PARIS PARIS! IT REMIND ME OF "Louis Vuitton"! Damnnnnnnn, daddy is tempting me!

First on my list:
Easily convert it to a handbag or shoulder bag

Second on my list:
Either the small wristlet,

or the large wristlet,

Want to get a wallet for veg too, but the men's section seems so unappealing and i dont think he will like it. Things that will fancy him is bikes & the accessories of it.

Prawning Session

Is never good to go on friday or even weekends!
Many people, little prawn!!

Just imagine, veg went on monday with his friends & they caught about 50 prawns in 3hours with 2 rods. We went on friday we caught about 10 prawns in 3hours with 2 rods. Look at the huge difference in it! Duh! But anyway i had fun hooking the prawns.

Is a pity i cant stay up that late on weekdays, else i will be a walking zombie the next day. Furthermore, my kids always got new pattern to surprise me, so i must have a good sleep in order to react fast to their new pattern. Hiak...

What a Wednesday!

Is already mid of the week but things aint going smoothly today. Feeling so frustrated yet i can do nothing about it but to worry. Yes, worry ... Worrying whether will i get reprimand for something i was being instructed to do! If i was being a smart alex and got told off by my heads, at least i will feel it is worthwhile. But now the situation is totally different. FML!

I came to know how crucial is the working society.

Realising the true meaning of this sentence too, "the one that do the most talking or asking you to do this & that, wont save your butt when you're in trouble."

Please stop giving me irrelevant work to do.
Please know that i am here for the weaker kids who need extra help.
Please stop thinking that i am here to help you do your admin stuff.
Please know that i am here for the kids, kids, kids, kids & kids!
Please dont puak bodoh (act blur) when you're the one who gave me the wrong instructions!

I LOVE my job, i LOVE the kids even what kind of nonsense they give, but i HATE doing all the unrelated stuff.

My life now revolve around kids/children.

Finish my science remedial & rush back to veg's place to play with zhikai. He is super entertaining & very smart for his age, but temper kinda bad.

His character is different from other 4 year-old kids.

Eg - Bring him to toy store to buy toy, he will faster push his dad out of the store. Bring him to mcd his mom want feed him icecream, he will keep say "no, dont want". If on okto or any cartoon channel he will cry, but on cna or other non-cartoon channel he will watch. Ask him want sweet/chocolate/cold drink, he will shake his head.

So LOL right?!

4 year-old kid know 1 to 100, a-z clearly, spell alot of words & lots more which will stun you sometimes.

Eg -
VM: i fire you for helping me so slowly.
ZhiKai: No firing, you must pay me $100
VM: *stun* who teach you fire?

Other kids will think fire as the burning kind of fire. He know is the terminate people services meaning of fire. PRO (Y)

Excited Wednesday

This morning daddy told me that he receive his friend's email saying he already help me buy my wallet, £195 (estimated $400). In sg burberry, they are selling it at $550. Saving of $150 :D

& my new year dresses is done. I can stop shopping & save now! Too much of buying recently.

All from swivelle, their cs is super good.

& my kids are so happy that im in their class, but they're so chatty today. Need to be more firm with them already, but not forgetting rewarding & praising them at the right time.

Monday, beginning of a busy week.

And my right eye keep twitching for the whole morning, wonder is it something good going to happen. According to what people always say "左凶右吉" (left bad, right good), so i conclude that today is a lucky day for me(?).

Anyway, Daddy's friend flying off to London again. So this time im going to get a burberry nova check wallet which i wanted for a long time. Or should i get another tote? Women are flicker minded when it comes to shopping, thats why they tends to end up buying all the things.

The toga dress that i wanted to buy is already sold out. I thought i was already kiasu enough to comment for it less than 5mins after they officially launch it. But i didnt know there are people who are more kiasu than me, gosh!

Tired Thursday

Though i slept quite early yesterday, but is still not enough! Am still tired.

& yesterday night, my fever came back again. tsk! Im trying to avoid cold drinks & fried food so that my cough can recover asap. But one thing i cant resist myself from - chili. Without chili on certain food, is totally tasteless.

Is there anyway to stop my flu? sheesh.
My whole workstation is going to be full of tissue paper!

Sick Tuesday ...

Medicine, medicine and more medicine. Fever, cough with phlegm, flu & soon sore throat. Gosh! Is only beginning of the year and im sick already. Bad start for 2011!

Am on mc today, and doctor called up to check on my condition in the afternoon. Seriously, this is the first time i receive call from a doctor. This show how much she care for her patient *thumbs up*

Anyway, my fever keep coming back and go, coming back and go. Tsk! Just like a half-blown bulb, flickering. What's wrong with me????!!!! But yesterday doctor did mention that it is a common illness now. So in another word, am suay! I need to consume more vitamin c food from today onwards!

Now, all i wish for is to recover from my cough. To me, cough = suffer. Cause i wont be able to sleep well & i will get so breathless. Sigh!

Monday Blues ...

But i found my remedy to it.

By seeing my kids really make my day. Though at times they drive you mad, or their noise level making you feel so irritated. But their smile and laughter, even their naive on things perspective make me forget about all my negative thoughts (:

We teachers inspire our students, but i think they students inspire us teachers as well.

Anyway, i had a cough when i woke up this morning. It was random and i hate falling sick especially coughing. The last time i had cough was a few months back, i had a hard time breathing properly and cant even sleep well. So im going to drink plenty of water and stop eating spicy/fried food for the time being.

Condolence to my dear girl mermer (: Cheer up alright, we're always there for you. Loves!

Anyway, it is a good day for me to rest at home. I realise there is alot of packing for me to do. All my shopping bags & even my half-unpack luggage is left aside at a corner of my room. To think of it, my getaway was about 3 weeks ago(?!). Tsk! Tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow ... This is what i call, "tomorrow never comes".

Watch a local movie with veg yesterday, "Ghost must be crazy".

There are 2 story and the first story is super funny which talks about army life.
A funny phrase - "Next time when you see the ghost, you ask the ghost to come report to me. I will throw him into the guard room"
& i feel there is one part which is quite bad for the younger kids to learn - "XL = x.i.a.l.a.n"

Hopefully, i dont hear any of my kids using it.

Im deleting or rather imported all my previous post that is before 2011 to another lock blog i own previously, personal reason. So im gonna start everything fresh and nice, update my harris trip tomorrow too.

TGIF!

I love friday & i hate friday.

Love friday - weekends is coming.
Hate friday - a new week is coming.

I realise now i cherish my friday & weekends more than previously. During school days, it is totally up to my mood whether to go school or not. So everyday seems equal and normal to me. But now when i step into the working society, even you dont have the mood you still have to drag yourself to work. Tsk! That's why i start to realise the specialness of weekends.

Is my weekend planned?
YES! DEFINITELY! OF COURSE! (dont even wish to loss a minute of enjoyment)

Sunday, meeting up with my girls at ecp for picnic,cycling/roller blading,dinner or sentosa for picnic/chilling/tanning,pool soaking,dinner

I lost my balance and fall into the side bushes, gosh. An Eurasian man walk pass and told his wife "wow, she love the flowers". YAH SHE, WHICH IS ME! Is super paiseh! But now im not that bad already, just that i cannot stop well. Gonna bring my roller blade on Sunday if we're going ecp, so i will be cycling & blading. *woohoo*

Finally, updated my blogskin pictures and the song playlist (kpop song is added) too. And i've put back my cbox, so leave a note for me ya!

Bad Thursday, FML!

Whenever an incident happen, i will be cool and chill. But when it is over for a few minutes or even hours, i will start to reflect back on what happen and i will be so angry or upset about it. LOL! Weird but true.

Anyway, not going to state what exactly happen early in the morning but it let me thought of something similar. It is just like i paid for this dress i like, and this woman came and claim that she saw that dress first and expect me to give it up to her in a bossy demanding manner. Lame? But something similar actually happened right in my face. Whatever! FYL,FML.

Yet to get my timetable on which class to go, but that doesnt mean im shaking my legs in the staff room. I've been busy with packing and reorganising of the science items with one of my colleague. And need to plan 30 weeks of math activity for the cca im in.

Finally, home with a super tired feeling. I need more sleep!!! Tomorrow will be another busy day, cause of the temperature taking exercise going on. I will be taking care of the sick kids with my buddy, but hopefully none of them will come to us *praying hard* & then a meeting after school for the cca stuff before calling it a day.

HAPPY NEW YEAR (2011) EVERYONE!

2 months pass by in a blink of eyes, i realise i didnt update my blog during this period. To start of the brand new year of 2011, i will try to blog often whenever im free. Not forgetting to change/update my blogskin photos.

My life now is simply: work, him, friends & family.

Anyway, without knowing i already started working life for 3months coming to 4. I like this jobscope, but without fail a little complain here and there from time to time. I'll continue working hard, fighting! :D
